In this 12 week course, learn skills to: - Manage your empathic nature & emotional regulation - Develop and maintain mental, emotional and energetic boundaries with people who are abusive, disrespectful or causing emotional exhaustion. - Change mindset and perceptions that are detrimental to your goals & motivation. - Recognize and address the origins of trauma and their affects on your emotional health and relationships - Find and release energetic, physical and emotional blocks and trauma in the body. - Use Reiki for self healing & self care.
